The OTD platform allows bi-directional communication in real time between the On-Board Weighing System and the ERP Server, allowing you to send and receive, at any time, Missions/Jobs and load data updates (customer, vehicle, destination, material, etc.) directly to the vehicle’s weighing system in use by the operator. Vice versa, the operator using the weighing system, via the Data SIM, the Wi-Fi connection, or via the satellite device is able to send the load data and the mission/job status directly on the OTD platform accessible via username and password from any pc or mobile device. The interface has been designed listening to the needs of operators in the sector with simple and intuitive menus that are easy to use, highlighting the most interesting data regarding on-board weighing, tire pressure and temperature monitoring, vehicle geolocation, remote diagnosis, remote maintenance and automatic recognition of the outfitting. Reports are available in various formats divided by field (customer, vehicle, mission, weighing).

Information note about personal data processing

Decree of law 30.06.2003 no. 196 (hereby referred to as the Privacy Code) was introduced to guarantee that personal data shall be processed with respect for the rights, fundamental freedom and dignity of physical persons, with particular reference to privacy and individual identity. Under article 13 of Decree of Law 196/2003, Outset srl, based at Sandrigo (VI), in Via Pacinotti 9, in its quality as proprietor of this processing, is obliged to provide the subject in question with specific information about the objectives and manner in which personal data shall be processed. 

1.Purpose:
The aim behind the processing of personal data provided directly by web users through the completion of on-line forms is to allow registration with the site, which is required for access to specific sections of the site itself and in order for the different services on offer to be performed and managed. 
Personal data is used for purposes which are strictly limited and instrumental to the management of relations with clients both during the pre-contractual phase as well as for correct performance of clauses requested by any eventual contracts and more generally speaking for efficient management of any current and future commercial relationship with clientele. Data may also be used for marketing and promotional purposes (in connection to all services offered by Outset s.r.l.) and for the dispatch of information.
Personal data is processed within the context of the commercial activity of Outset srl with the main objective of complying with obligations imposed by law, regulations and standards, particularly with regards to compliance with fiscal, social welfare and contribution requirements. 

2.Modality and duration of processing:
Data is processed for the purpose of the abovementioned aims using manual, IT and telematic instruments in strict accordance with the objectives and in such a way as to guarantee the safety and confidentiality of data. 
Duration of processing will be for the duration of contractual obligations and for a period of ten years after this in accordance with the obligations set out by law. After the end of this period all data will be deleted.  

3.Obligations arising from data provided:
Outset srl will only process data strictly required for the purposes of the abovementioned objectives. This consists of name, surname, social status, place of residence or legal headquarters, VAT number and tax number, account information.
Outset srl requires the provision of this information when requested by law or when required for correct performance of the contract or commercial relationship with clients when it would be otherwise impossible for the latter to proceed any further in said relationship. To satisfy the requirements of users within the framework of the function of the company site, provision of data is not obligatory, but is in part necessary (for data marked by an asterisk). Any failure to provide personal data or partial or imprecise provision of personal data will render processing impossible, whereas failure to provide data, or partial or imprecise provision of facultative personal data will have no consequences whatsoever.

4.Communication of data:
Data may be passed on to suppliers, consultants, professionals or persons with access to data in accordance with the dispositions established by law, regulation or community standard, within the limits of the tasks assigned them and the standards indicated.
Personal data may be communicated to employees or collaborators of the company operating under the direct authority of the latter and assigned to the task of processing data within the limits of articles 29 and 30 of the code, who will receive suitable operating instructions on the manner of processing.
Data shall not be made public (shall not be disclosed to undefined persons).

5.Transfer of data abroad:
Data may be transmitted, even temporarily, outside Italian territory, both to European Union as well as other countries, within the limits of the obligations stemming from contractual obligations and for the purposes established in point 3 above. 

6.Proprietor and person responsible for the processing of data:
Outset srl, based at 36066 Sandrigo (VI) in Via Pacinotti 9, info@outset.it is the proprietor of all data and the person responsible for the processing of the latter is Mrs. Antonella Valerio, domiciled at the same address. 

7.The rights of persons concerned and modality for the exercising of rights:
All subjects are entitled to the rights provided for in article 7 of the Privacy Code:
“Article 7 Right to access personal data and other rights
1. The person in question has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning himself, even before registration, and communication of the latter in intelligible form.
2. The person in question has the right to information about:
a) the origins of personal data;
b) the objectives and modalities of processing;
c) the logic applied in the event of processing performed with the aid of electronic instruments; 
d) the identity of the proprietor, representative persons and the representative assigned for national territory, where provided;
e) persons or categories of persons to whom personal data may be communicated or who may come into possession of such knowledge in their quality as designated representative for the Italian territory, responsible persons or persons assigned to the task.
3. The person in question has the right to obtain:
a) any update or correction involving them, any integration of data;
b) any deletion, anonymous transformation of or blockage of data processed in violation of law, including data not requiring preservation for the purposes for which the data was collected or successively processed;
c) certification that the operations referred to in a) and b) above have been brought to the attention, in terms of content, to those to whom the data has been communicated or distributed, apart from those cases where such act would be impossible or would incur a disproportionate use of means with respect to the right in question.
4. The person in question has the right to partially or completely oppose:
a) the processing of personal data which concerns him, for legitimate reasons, despite the fact that the latter may be pertinent to the purpose of the collection of the data;
b) the processing of personal data which concerns him for the purposes of advertising material or direct sale or the completion of market research or commercial communications." 

The person in question, shall at any time be able to exercise the rights set out in article 7 of the Privacy Code, either personally or indirectly through delegation to a third party, by sending an email to info@outset.it with the indication ‘For the attention of the person responsible for privacy’ in the subject line.
